- AHAisha Hill3 days ago1.0I came here 01/07/26 to garb something before work. I was asked to pull to the side and I had to wait 15 minutes for my food. I counted it was 15 minutes, which wasn’t a problem because I thought everything is going to be hot and fresh prefect. The car behind me received their order before I did and I was a bit confused because I only ordered a number two the double so my order finally came out. The lady said it’s hot and fresh and I looked in the bag and I said oh I ordered a meal you’re forgetting the fries .She came out three minutes later with the fries that were cold and salty. The bacon on the burger was not done. I have no idea what I waited 15 minutes for because the food was not hot or fresh . When I arrive to work, I put the food in the microwave when I ate it I became really sick afterwards . Today is 01/08/26 and I still feel sick from that food. I ate yesterday $15 down the drain. I’d like my money back oh and they gave me the smallest order of fries smh not even the six that comes with the meal.

During this time I was getting hungry until finally some tall cute human looked over at me, got my attention and signaled me almost as if they were saying “you can order now” I approached the front, unsure of what I wanted to order so this cute funny person helped me out and recommended me some options. I did proceeded to order a biggie bag double Bacon Stack Burger, all plain, no cheese. As I waited for my food, I got myself a drink from the machine, soda doesn’t really have caffeine in it, tastes water downed, bummer. I asked and they kindly refilled my drink with was sooo much better yay. When I got my order, I stumbled upon a note on my tray saying “Call Me Cutie :3” following with their number 😳 Fries really good, nice salt, hot damn 🤤 Burger….has cheese….😑 I went to the front and got an exchange, yay 😃 Chicken nuggets, I got 5 instead of 4?? 😳 Inconsistent…don’t know how to do their job right. Hey but at least I got an extra. Next time do better. Other than that, everything was decent. 😄
