One of your managers Ahmad who claimed to be a manager stole from me. I’ve called multiple days in a row and you guys haven’t called me back or answered the phone at all. I was given cold fries the day I met with Ahmad and the other manager who was a female refused to replace my fries. IM NOT PLEASED and you shouldn’t have thieves working at Wendy’s Ahmad needs to go. He also was very rude to a homeless woman who asked him for water. Not only did he deny her water but treated her very poorly as well. He was very rude telling her to leave. Treat ppl how you want to be treated.

Kira was extremely polite and helpful when trying to figure out what to order that would give me the most food for the cheapest price. She immediately welcomed me in and always had a smile. She even wish me a safe and good night. The food was hot and served quickly. When I asked for no pickles due to being allergic to them she made sure herself that none were put on my burger. 🫶 Now that was totally awesome 😎 Will definitely be going back to this location again when I can. Would give 10 stars if I could. 🫶

I ordered burgers with no tomatoes they must be prepackaged burgers I hate tomatoes and ask them to leave them off and they put tomatoes on every freaking hamburger I had

For anyone who reads my complaint. People need to be warned about the service here at this specific location. Today I had a scheduled mobile order for my lunch hour, I arrive to the facility to discover it's a little busy. I understand when dealing with a heavy crowd. However that's not my complaint. My complaint was waiting over 40 minutes to receive my food order. I spoke with the front desk cashier taking orders and she completely ignored me and continued to ONLY assist her walk in customers. She would not help me nor other mobile customers waiting on there orders. Again I respect when your dealing with the lunch rush. But that does not excuse your rude behavior towards your customers. If we need assistance you don't answer our questions!?!? You walk away a purposely stay away from the cashier only to re-stalk supplies. I was unhappy. It was a wasted 40 minutes of my time. I really hope management reads this complaint. I unfortunately was unable to get that cashier's name. And speak with a supervisor due to me having to head back to work in a hurry. Please make sure employees are being provided nicer service. Thanks.
