  From when we walked in the door, there was no one there, then she walked up but didnt say anything... there were 3- 4 people waiting, which should have told me something. They were arguing in the back, one lady at the front, kept asking for help with stuff that was her job, then this poor black gentleman was trying to do it all, while this lady seemed to be doing nothing. He took over for the lady at the front, and took my order, he was professional, and thuro, and he is the only reason I am giving a 3 star, he should have been the one running the front. It took them 30 mins to get me my order, yes we had 7 items, mostly biggy bags. I worked fast food for 5 years. I get it. But 30 minutes is ridiculous. That young man needs better help around him. Not wining, complainers. He handled the situation so well, even with her trying to boss him around, and tell him its his fault its taking so long. She even had the nerve to say your in my way when he was helping her...

  The employee Kristoni had a stinky attitude for no reason. When I was making my order for the food I would like she cut me off multiple times before I finished what I was trying to say. I would be miserable like her if I had her name and worked at fast food while in my late 30’s. I highly recommend going to another location. You’re welcome. :)

  Wendy’s an der Tropicana Avenue in Las Vegas hat vor allem durch seine praktische Lage überzeugt. Direkt in der Nähe befinden sich eine Tankstelle sowie weitere Shops, was den Standort ideal für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp macht – besonders, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist oder schnell etwas essen möchte. Das Restaurant ist typisch für eine große amerikanische Fast-Food-Kette: funktional, unkompliziert und auf schnellen Service ausgelegt. Bestellung und Ablauf sind einfach, und man kommt zügig an sein Essen. Geschmacklich war das Essen meiner Meinung nach jedoch eher mittelmäßig. Die Burger sind okay, aber nichts Besonderes und bleiben hinter den Erwartungen zurück. Gerade in den USA gibt es viele deutlich bessere Burger-Restaurants und -Ketten, die qualitativ und geschmacklich mehr zu bieten haben. Insgesamt ist Wendy’s an dieser Location praktisch und zweckmäßig, wenn man schnell etwas essen möchte. Kulinarisch ist es jedoch kein Highlight – trotz der guten Lage gibt es in Amerika einfach überzeugendere Alternativen.

  Probably one of the best Wendy’s I have ever been to the staff was very great accommodating and also friendly. I broke my family out here from Mississippi to experience all the Christmas festivities, I’m so glad we went to this Wendy’s right off of Tropicana! Nae Your service was exceptional. You really should be in the front office of this place teaching them how to accommodate their customers and make them feel welcome. Thank you. And my guy with the dreads that was working in the window appreciate you, bro thank you for taking the time to make sure our order was right and everything was fresh hot really appreciate it. I don’t know when me and my family will be back out in Vegas, but when we do come back, I would definitely stop in to say hi to this crew
