But if you guys mess up food you have to refund people she said “it didn’t come from me, it came from my regional manager” it’s like girl do you hear what you are saying? It doesn’t matter what who told you if yall mess up someone’s food that they paid for the customer has the right to ask for a refund. That is extremely poor customer service to tell a person that. I would love for the regional manager to contact me and tell me why this is in place when it’s a fast food restaurant that is bound to mess up at some point.
