    They have the BEST staff very friendly the only issue is the POOR staff they have to STRUGGLE and PULLL the drive through window open !!!!! Wendy's makes to much money to not FIX THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW!!! smh poor employees

    Bad attitudes work here! I made a mistake when ordering my food on the app, I pressed one wrong button and got something completely different than intended. Mistakes happen. I drive all the way back in traffic, get to the speaker, and tell them that I didn't order what I wanted. Right away, two people start yelling at me through the speaker. A guy and a woman. They were badgering me, asking me three questions before I could answer their first question. They were both just so rude. I explained what I did want, and she just starts going off on me. I finally told her to just stop yelling, she storms off and the guy comes back, receipt in hand, wants to sit there and rub it in that I made a mistake by reading the receipt to me word for word. I get it bud, I made a mistake, it happens, chill out. I already told them I made a mistake, they don't have to keep lecturing me. I finally had to just roll up my window. They just wouldn't shut up. Yelling and lecturing me, the customer, for making a mistake when ordering on the app. They fixed it, which is great, but man, their attitudes need to be taken down like 6 notches. I don't work for them, they have no business talking to me like they did. I live out of state, I order Wendy's everyday because I live right next to one. The buttons on the app are different for different locations. I didn't know that and simply hit buttons by memory. My mistake. I would have gladly paid for the replacement food if it meant that they would make my food without yelling and lecturing me. I just got done driving for 3 days, these were the first people I've encountered in LV, and I sure hope the rest of the people act better than these people. They just seemed to hate their jobs, lives, customers, and likely themselves. I'm staying 2 miles down the road, and I will not be coming back to this location. I'll drive to the next one. Also, they were super unprofessional with greeting people on the speaker. I'm certain that the nonsense they are saying through the speaker is not part of the script and is likely against policy. Dude introduced himself as Wendy, his name ain't Wendy. The wait at the drive-thru the first trip was stupid slow.

    So long story short I thought my order came with lettuce and tomato and apparently it doesn’t . I went through the drive thru and told them I believe my order may be wrong . After telling the guy he was willing the help but the issue to me was the manager . Not only was the window open but her attitude was very ugly over a miss understanding and for her to talk about me not knowing what was on the burger was very nasty and rude . I can’t tell anyone who they need to hire but her attitude made me want a refund . I will never go back to this location due to her and her attitude .. oh and instead of fixing it . I received lettuce and one tomato in a to go container so I can do it myself
