I shop at this Vons on Durango, Las Vegas at different times of day and there is ALWAYS a creepy person or more standing around this machine. This morning was last time for me! At 7:30AM there were THREE creepy guys loitering around the machine. Vons do you really want this happening in your beautiful store? As for me, I'll be shopping somewhere else.

Not even a hi or a smile. The item I asked for wasn’t handed to me since they said it was in a locked cabinet, so he had to scan it for me at the self check-out. Weird experience. Target has locked cabinets too but when you ask for assistance they hand you the item you need. What a negative shopping experience. 🙄

While she was making my drink, we chatted about the day, life, whatever came up — and it was such nice addition. I went back yesterday bc I had a DAY and remembered the deal. When I got there, Kailee was just as friendly, kind, and fun to talk to. Not to mention, she made my drink to perfection — yes, PERFECTION. Last shout out to the manager for ordering enough so they still have pumpkin spice (I might regret sharing the secret lol) These ladies are not just baristas, they are magicians serving magic. Thank you for the smiles and kindness. Ok Starbucks, give them an award!
