It was a very good steak but for nearly $100 I was hoping for perfect and it just wasn't. Main problem was my filet mignon was a bit tough. Either the steak knife wasn't sharp enough or the USDA prime filet isn't as tender as I remember.
Certainly not the staff at fault though as the steak was perfectly cooked - and the mash was incredible - I just think it was an issue with the raw ingredient. My server Victor was also the perfect level of being attentive while allowing me to enjoy my meal.
Another little annoyance was the volume. It was busy so I expect background noise from other diners but the music was quite loud and there's a bar with TV screens showing sport. Not what I expected from a $100 min per person restaurant.
Management stopped by our table twice, food, service and atmosphere all top notch. We usually don't eat out on the weekend, they were busy. It was a great experience.

Came on New Years Eve, party of 3. We didn't have reservations and were hoping maybe we could get in, as they were packed. Ron was the BEST, he not only got us in but we talked to him for awhile and shared our adventure stories, he even bought us a round of drinks going above and beyond to make our evening even that more special. He is a great guy, they are lucky to have him.
Jay was our server and he was also exceptional. He had great recommendations, brought me more blue cheese olives for my martini and was funny and polite. The staff, as a whole, were wonderful. Never wanted or needed anything, they anticipated our every need.
We started with the bone marrow, crab cake and seared scallops. Bone marrow was excellent and came with a bacon onion jam. Scallops were phenomenal, they were served on a semi creamed corn relish and delicious. The crab cake was real crab and had huge chunks of crab, it was a very generous portion. We shared and devoured all of them.
Two of us ordered the filet and lobster, one ordered the short ribs. The filets were prepared perfectly and were excellent. Short ribs had a great flavor but a bit dry. Only thing we wanted for was more reduction from the ribs.
Heirloom carrots were a delicious surprise and were a hidden gem, as Jay put it. He was right. Lobster mac and cheese also exceptional, creamy and had chunks of lobster.
Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

My husband and I celebrated Christmas Eve tonight at Vic and Anthony’s. As locals, this was our first visit to the restaurant, and it was truly delightful. The service was impeccable from beginning to end—we were seated immediately, and our server, Hector, was incredibly prompt and attentive. He reviewed the allergies I’d noted in our reservation and brought gluten-free bread right away. Our cocktails arrived swiftly too. With my multiple allergies stemming from autoimmune conditions, the chef thoughtfully crafted a personalized menu for me, including a modified salad, entrée, and even a special dessert not listed on the regular menu! My husband couldn’t stop raving about the steak, declaring it incredibly delicious and his new favorite in town. The overall experience far surpassed our expectations, and we’ve already booked our next reservation. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot!

Absolutely the Pinnacle of Steakhouse Excellence!
Vic & Anthony’s Steakhouse delivered an unforgettable dining experience that has officially ruined us for any other steakhouse’s hands down, the best steaks, sautéed mushrooms, and au gratin potatoes we’ve ever tasted in our lives!
We travel extensively across the country for both work and pleasure, sampling top-tier restaurants from coast to coast, and nothing compares to the sheer perfection we enjoyed here. The highlight? Their signature Roasted Bacon appetizer—pepper-crusted, glazed with bourbon barrel maple syrup and root beer. It is, without exaggeration, to die for! Crispy, smoky, sweet, and savory in every addictive bite—it’s a flavor explosion that alone is worth the visit.
The steaks were masterfully prepared: juicy, tender, perfectly seasoned prime cuts that melted in your mouth. Paired with the richest, creamiest au gratin potatoes and earthy, buttery wild mushrooms, every element was executed flawlessly. The quality of ingredients shines through in every dish.
But what truly elevated the evening was the outstanding service. Our waiter, Hector A., was the epitome of professionalism—knowledgeable, attentive, accommodating, and genuinely delightful to chat with. He made us feel like VIPs from the moment we sat down. To top it off, the assistant general manager stopped by our table for a warm, engaging conversation that added such a personal touch.
The ambiance is pure elegance: intimate yet inviting, with rich mahogany woodwork, luxurious leather seating, and an upscale vibe that’s perfect for any occasion.
Whether you’re in town for business, pleasure, a romantic evening, or celebrating with family and coworkers, Vic & Anthony’s is a must. They excel at accommodating larger groups too, making it ideal for memorable gatherings.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough—it’s world-class in every way. If you’re seeking an amazing dinner that exceeds all expectations, look no further!
