of course, it was pricey for brunch ($58, I think). But it was worth it. Nice atmoshere and very good food. The book-with Amex-Fine-Hotels came with a $30 per person benefit, which was nice. Great coffee and happily accommmodated my request for heavy whipping cream.

We waited awhile for our server to come to the table. Breakfast we tried was quiche. It was with bacon but I don't think the bacon was cooked before added to quiche so it was rubbery not crispy. We had to wait for our server again to bring our bill. Restaurant was NOT busy so I think the servers were just hanging out in the back

The breakfast is one of the best in Vegas. The kitchen is skilled and versatile, handling the subtle nuances of everything from extra crispy bacon to lemon ricotta pancakes. The staff is marvelous. They're super attentive, friendly and efficient without being too stuffy. The music, however, is egregiously bad. Someone in upper management must have decided it was better to save a few dollars by forgoing a real music license and opt for a modern, AI driven version of elevator music. The color scheme is iffy as well. While suitable for the furniture and overall structure, it is most decidedly wrong for the wait staff. Who thought it was a good idea to match clothes with the upholstery?

"Las Vegas is the only place I know where money really talks: it says goodbye." ― Frank Sinatra I prefer to use my money for food in Las Vegas. At Veranda, the food and drinks are solid. The two of us shared steak frites, housemate mushroom ravioli, citrus crème brǔlée, and espresso martinis. The steak was cooked perfectly. The housemade mushroom ravioli was a dream. There really was no bad bite had but I don't think they really have anything standout worthy. There are plenty of good steak and pasta spots on The Las Vegas Strip. Veranda is a solid place to have brunch if you're on that side of The Strip but don't make this a destination. They're currently under renovations so they're situated at Bourbon Steak next door.

This has to be the worst value worst quality breakfast on the strip...$40+ for 3 pieces of cardboard bacon, 2 overcooked eggs and regular white bread with a cold tiny hash brown. Avocado toast + salmon and egg $40+ which was so small it didn't even touch the sides on a 5'4 woman... A croissant at the bakery next door would have been better. So disappointing.
