Specifically, I had the mushroom omelet and coffee. Both the mushroom omelet and coffee were delicious. Service was excellent as well, which is to be expected at a restaurant in a Four Seasons Hotel. The next time I have to attend a convention at the Mandalay Bay convention center, I am definitely coming back to Veranda for breakfast.
