- SHSadia HaqDec 29, 20253.0I was actually extremely disappointed, I came just for a coffee and the line for the cafe was the same so it wrapped around and was over 40 minute wait so I left and ordered online to my hotel. I ordered the huevos rancheros burrito, aloha matcha. It took them over an hour for such a small order the driver had to wait a long time, the burrito was okay, nothing exceptional I’ve definitely had better and the matcha was a bit too sweet. Sadly I think it was overhyped. Maybe it’s just a place you have to sit down instead of ordering to go.

After writing 45 minutes in line, when we got to the cashier to order they informed us that they were out of most things and it would be an additional 30 minutes before any food or coffee order would be ready. So unless you have 2 hours to blow- go somewhere else.

At 6:20 PM we were asked if we would be willing to wait an additional 5 minutes for a pie to be made. No. Terrible service, I am sure we will be here until at least 6:45 but I am asking for a refund. Update: Told I would be elegible to receive two free pastries for being told my order was ready when it wasn’t and lied to. No thanks.

I didn't want a big breakfast meal so I ordered what I thought would be some fresh little sides. 2 slices of old 'thick' cut bacon was $6 Urth potatoes which I thought would be fresh, golden and crispt were actually blackened and old/soggy. $6.50 3.50$ for a side of eggs meh. I would have been better off getting am actual entre for the cost of everything cuz atleast it may have been made fresh and actually look good. The only star for this review is for the staff and smoothie. See photo for details.
