  We've placed numerous orders for delivery and they have been incomplete, incorrect, or just flat out the wrong order. 3 orders now! We've waited between orders - sometimes months - and still always mistakes. Calling the shop gets you an answering service that no-one calls you back from. I'd say avoid this particular location.

  They have a B Posted cant give 5 stars to a smoothie place with a B especially at these prices!!!!! Won't be back till its an A

  Everything Resha Lynette said in her comment below 👇🏼👇🏼 is still valid. My family & I have ordered through Postmates from this location & even the location on Craig Road & items from our orders continue to be missing. Last night my daughter orderef from this Tropical Smoothie location on Bonanza. She ordered for our family 2 Smoothies, 1 Caeser Salad , 1 Turkey Sandwich with 1 side included & 2 Baja Chicken Wraps with 2 sides included. SHE DID NOT RECEIVE HER TURKEY SANDWICH OR THE SIDE & SHE DID NOT RECEIVE ANY SIDES FOR THE 2 BAJA CHICKEN WRAPS. That's nearly half of her order that she DID NOT RECEIVE upon delivery. She called the location and just as Resha said the call went straight to voicemail, she left a message including her name and phone number & here it is the next day & nobody has gotten back to her regarding the missing items. Tropical Smoothie seriously needs to look into their employees who are preparing orders for pickup because something is going on over there & I hope that it's not what I think it is. ORDERING FOOD THROUGH THESE APPS IS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR NOT TO BE RECEIVING ITEMS ON A REGULAR BASIS.. so my family & I will not be patronizing Tropical Smoothie any longer because we already gave it too many chances & it doesn't seem like they want to get to the root of the problem of what is causing their customers food to go missing so frequently.

  Ive been coming here for years and it never disappoints. I usually just pick up smoothies here—which I recommend—cant speak on the rest of the menu tho. Staff is always friendly. I think the longest I’ve waited for an order is about 10 minutes. Its a good spot for a quick smoothie!
