  My friend and I received free codes for smoothie bowls from T-Mobile and decided to use them. When we got to the location, the inside was closed but the drive-through was still open. That was fine, since we were taking things to go anyway. When we got to the speaker and were greeted, I told the person that we would like to use our T-Mobile codes for our smoothie bowls. She asked, “What!?” and I repeated myself, at which point she said, “No.” Someone else took over for her and I explained to her that we had two separate orders of the smoothie bowls. We pulled up the the window and I presented my code, and then the woman told us that we had to pay for one. I again explained that we were separate, and she tried scanning the QR codes in, and just shook her head and said “No. It’s eleven dollars and however many cents.” My friend had had enough and raised his voice, again explaining that we were separate orders, so she pushed some buttons and again shrugged her shoulders and told us that it would be the same price. My friend did lose his temper and raised his voice asking, “How are you going to offer a coupon and then not follow through with them?” The woman thrust her arm out with the bag containing two bowls and said, “Here. Take them.” Nothing was solved really, and it was an overall frustrating experience. What’s truly a shame is that despite the fact that these are delicious bowls with a great balance of ingredients and just the right amount of sweetness, I don’t think we’d want to go back with how abysmal the service was.

  The Bahama Mama Smoothie I got was really tasty, and I like that the drive thru is open 24hrs. I did NOT like that it took 15 minutes with only one car in front of me before my order was even taken, then I didn't get a receipt AND she kept my change after I paid.

  Had the worst experience at this drive thru. Whoever the guy is working there on a Tuesday around 3 pm gives the worst customer service! He was rude thru the speaker taking my order then at the end just yells window. I go to the window and there he can’t seem to say anything not even a thank you as he just gives me my 2 smoothies. What a joke.
