- SPShaquila PowellFeb 16, 20261.0I visited Tropical Smoothie earlier today and had a disappointing experience. I ordered a smoothie bowl and two cookies, but I felt rushed while placing my order. Right before I scanned my rewards barcode, the cashier asked if I had rewards. I told her yes and began opening my Apple Wallet on my phone. While I was clearly trying to pull it up, she abruptly asked if I was paying cash or card, which felt unnecessary and impatient. When I received my order, the two cookies I paid for were missing. I went back inside to address it, and the employee had a smirk on her face, as if the situation was amusing. That response felt unprofessional and dismissive. Unfortunately, this hasn’t been my first negative experience at this location. The service consistently feels rushed and unfriendly. Customers should be treated with patience and respect. If employees are unhappy or unwilling to provide good customer service, it reflects poorly on the business. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the customer experience at this location.
