- KRKelly RainSep 18, 20252.0The service was abysmal, but the smoothie almost made up for it. Placed my order in the app at 11:17 AM. My order was supposed to be ready at 11:25 or so. I’m not sure how long I stayed at the online pickup counter, but the cashier ignored me to the best of her ability only offering an apprehensive glance at the pickup sign when I spoke to her. Of the three people visible, I was finally able to connect with someone who came from the kitchen area at 11:38. I asked if they were still working on my order, and she said she would check. Moments later she returned with my smoothie and said yes they were still working on my quesadilla. I waited 10 or 15 more minutes before kitchen staff checked a bag that had been sitting there since before I arrived. Lo and behold, there was my quesadilla and apple! Employees barely acknowledged their problem. The food was edible, and I would’ve rated it higher had it been still warm and not ruined with rosemary. That is just a personal preference, but the Mexican nomenclature lulled me into a fault sense of security vis a vis seasonings. Also, the salsa was bizarrely horseradish flavored. The Granny Smith was great. Apparently, somebody’s granny needs to train these people on how to people.
