I ordered a smoothie and a wrap and got it in less than 10 minutes. Mind you I did go inside and I realize the drive thru is where A LOT of the complaints I saw were from. Im not sure if things have just gotten better in the last month or I had a much better experience than most because I physically went in. Overall would totally go back; place is clean and lovely.

This location used to have great food and customer service, but now I literally have to wait 45 minutes to get through the drive through. I just gave up on my last trip there and decided to go to the Tropical Smoothie down on Cheyenne. And the sad part is when I finally do get my food here, the employees are super nice and clearly overworked. There have been times where there is only ONE person in the kitchen. Thats ridiculous! The management needs to get their act together and fix these staffing issues. Until then, Id recommend going elsewhere unless you want to wait an hour for your smoothie.
- JRjessica rueckOct 19, 20251.0Just waited 40 minutes in the drive-through because somebody ordered 15 smoothies and wraps ahead of me, There was one poor girl working in the store All by herself who is trying to keep up with the Drive-through front register and kitchen. Management needs to do something about this. We have been coming to this location and have had terrible experiences in the past year.. There should never be one person working all alone, pay them!! Kudos to this girl Maintaining a positive attitude, I would have walked out already if I was her!
