- NTNo ThanksMar 6, 20261.0Always understaffed. Tried to go through drive thru but wasn’t even greeted after 5 minutes. Had to go inside to order and only one person is working there. They also do not accept cash which their website hasn’t updated this.

Hours of operation posted on the door and drive though speaker. Nobody will answer the drive through speaker. So I attempt the front door. It’s locked. Says only drive through after 9pm. So I call. No answer. I then place an online order for pickup. I spend $25. Nobody ever answers or gets my order ready says order will be ready by 11:25pm. Nothing. I then go through the drive through again. Sit there for 15 min. Nobody inside. Ever. My money and order are gone. Who is in charge of this location? Your staff have abandoned the store at night.

I ordered a smoothie and a wrap and got it in less than 10 minutes. Mind you I did go inside and I realize the drive thru is where A LOT of the complaints I saw were from. Im not sure if things have just gotten better in the last month or I had a much better experience than most because I physically went in. Overall would totally go back; place is clean and lovely.
