  Unfortunately, this is the worst-behaving and most unfriendly staff I’ve ever experienced. Over five visits, they either got my order wrong or reacted short-tempered — and in some cases even yelled at customers. This place urgently needs better management and proper customer service training. It’s a shame, because I genuinely love the food. But the people representing it are a complete no-go. There’s not even basic courtesy, like wishing you a great day. I hope the owner sees this, because the current service is on track to damage — and potentially destroy — an otherwise great business.

  I ordered delivery from this restaurant. I purchased a smoothie and a wrap lunch deal which was supposed to include a Thai chicken wrap a banana and a smoothie. The DoorDash delivery driver shows up with only a smoothie and tells me there’s nothing he can do. Call the restaurant the restaurant never answered. I called the national customer service line 5 times and they told me that I had to wait for the restaurant to respond, which they don’t respond even to their own national line nor to DoorDash it’s been 10 days and I am still waiting for my refund. This all happened because the associate at the restaurant only entered that I ordered a smoothie even though my receipt showed a smoothie and a wrap and a banana. I am still waiting for my refund. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from tropical smoothie. It’s 11/11/25 I tried calling the restaurant again today no answer. I called the national helpline again today and they said all they can do is send another request and I have to still continue to wait for correspondence. It’s almost a month past and nobody has responded nor have I got a refund? This is the worst

  ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! From start to finish where to even begin....... asking any type of questions to the man in the drive thru was a bother to him and he will try to charge you every item you ask about. On top of that he was rude as hell. Was trying to order a couple bowls, sandwiches and drinks but instead took two smoothies that tasted just as horrible as the customer service! DONT DO IT!!

  This location is horrible !! First off the lady doesn’t hardly understand or speaks English… please get somebody who understand and speaks fluent English at the drive thru…. I order 3 items, she repeated it and only said 2 things so I corrected her, then as I make it to the front & pay & look at the receipt it doesn’t says what I ordered, I don’t really understand how you get Bahama Mama mistaken for Sunshine 😑 . Then the smoothies were horrible they tasted like water, like as if she only dropped a couple fruits in there. Then my Thai Chicken wrap had no chicken at all not 1 piece, it was a disaster!! I will not be going back to this location, best location is the on the north side on Craig Rd
