It was exremely busy today and she was by herself and despite that she was so pleasant and her customer service is top notch. This is my 3rd encounter with her and she is awesome! She deserves a raise and recognition!

The open sign wasn't even illuminated. Then when I was ordering, I asked for a buffalo chicken wrap. She looks me dead in the eyes and says "I'm not making food". No more explanation. Just stared. Rude as hell. Unprofessional as hell.
