- JRj reeFeb 28, 20261.0The cashier rolled her eyes at us when I walked (3ppl). 1 person infront of us and told us it's gonna be a 40minute wait to come back later. We went to Jamba juice instead. Jamba was very busy and we were in n out within 10 minutes

We detoured 15 minutes because we figured it was a lighter option than everything else that was open. We ended up in the Starbucks next door and by the time we left there was still nobody.

I asked for the extra after she poured my cups and I'd pay for it and she told me no her district manager said she couldn't do that and poured it out. I was going to pay for it but her attitude wasn't good . On top of that ; my order wasn't even sweet like I asked it to be. I come here a lot and this ladies customer service is horrible. May need to find another Tropical Smoothie to spend my money .
