Beautiful place but terrible service, the Host just almost killing me when I asked for a table! The house dish, the signature of the place super recommended, came cold I had to ask them to change. In the end, bad experience. Very expensive for frustration…

We had breakfast here around 7:30am on a Monday. We ordered the infamous short rib Benedict and the Henry breakfast. We have eaten here many times in the past; however, this time was horrible and we won’t be going back.
The short rib Benedict was way too salty; completely inedible. I let the server know and ordered the club omelet as a replacement. My husbands hash browns were also incredibly salty- they too could not be eaten. The serve told me they out a rush in my omelet. It took almost 30 minutes for my replacement meal to come out. The server asked how it was and I said fine; she said the night shift cook must have overplayed the food that morning and now a different cook was on.
I barely ate my meal after waiting so long. We were charged full price for everything, not even a slight discount for the horribly long wait.
Will not be going back.

We wanted to grab breakfast and, since we were staying at The Cosmopolitan, decided to try The Henry. Even without a reservation, the hostess was friendly and quoted about an hour wait. We put our name down and went to gamble for a bit, but only about twenty minutes later we received a text that our table was ready, which was a pleasant surprise.
Once seated, our waiter greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. My wife and I shared the Braised Short Rib Benedict and the French Toast, and both were absolutely incredible. The Benedict came beautifully plated with tender braised short rib layered over a crispy potato cake, topped with perfectly poached eggs and a rich, velvety hollandaise. Every bite was perfectly balanced with the savory short rib and the crunch of the potato base soaking up the jus underneath.
The French Toast was just as impressive, featuring thick golden slices topped with fresh strawberries and bananas, toasted hazelnuts, and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. The whipped cream on top added the perfect light sweetness, and the syrup on the side was a nice touch for anyone wanting a little extra indulgence.
We also enjoyed some late-morning cocktails that were just as well-executed as the food, balanced, refreshing, and perfectly matched to the relaxed brunch vibe. Overall, The Henry delivered an exceptional breakfast experience with great service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s an easy choice to return next time we’re staying at The Cosmopolitan.
