The Henry, Vegas Brunch & Johnny
We called into The Henry located in the Cosmopolitan Hotel/Casino for a last day in the desert Brunch.
We had the Smoked Salmon Toast & The Corn Beef Hash & Eggs. We tried a side of Grits which were stone ground & very tasty. Our drinks we had their Toasted Marshmallow Irish Coffee & a Hugo Spritz which were both tasty.
It was great. Johnny our server was fabulous, kind & on point. Be sure to ask for Johnny if you call in for Brunch.
Reservations are highly recommended. We made ours & when we checked in the wait was 1 hour 40 minutes for those that did not consider reservations.

Update for February 24, 2026 we went and had breakfast again and our waiter. Larry was very nice and Sara saw us and came over and said hi which was really nice that she remembered we was in there with as many people to come through as do, thank you
We had breakfast here on February 23, 2026 start out with anther waiter and then something happened. He had a leave and Sara stepped in. I believe she was a manager and she was super super nice. Can’t say enough about her. She made the experience more wonderful just with her personality and the food was excellent. We’ve been here before and the food is always good but when you run across someone with such a great personality, you want to go and leave a review so thank you for making the experience excellent

Whenever we’re at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, we have to stop by The Henry for one thing — the banana donuts on the late-night menu. They’re that good.
These donuts come out fresh, hot, and perfectly soft on the inside with just the right light crisp on the outside. The banana flavor is warm and comforting without being overpowering. Every bite tastes made-to-order, and they’re dangerously addictive. It’s one of those desserts you start eating and suddenly they’re gone before you even realize it.
There’s something about getting them late at night that makes them even better — whether you’ve been walking the Strip, watching a show, or just hanging out. It’s become a must-stop tradition anytime we’re there.
It’s been a while since I’ve had them, but I really hope they never take them off the menu. Some items are just too good to mess with, and these banana donuts are definitely one of them.

Poorly managed restaurant. 10am reservation doesn’t mean 10am. Don’t think your reservation means the time you booked. You’ll be asked to stand aside and wait, 20 min our case. Food is average and the tables are smashed together where you’ll eat about a foot from other tables. Very slow food service as well. I’d fire the management staff. Wait staff is professional and accommodating with the hand they are dealt. Hostess needs to be completely re-trained. We showed up 5 minutes early and were told to leave and come back at our reservation time. Came back and then had to wait in line for 10 minutes then wait another 20 for our table. Not representative of the MGM or Cosmopolitan brand.

Tucked away in the corner at the bottom of the cosmo casino this is defo a gem for breakfast, only issue is how busy this place is all the time - especially breakfast. I pre-booked in advance as it was for a business meal, food for all guests was very good. Service however was very slow, any request to a waiter took forever to action, we waited 30 mins just for our check. The waiters for most part seemed to be just walking around doing nothing. Good food, great location, service is questionable.
