Easily one of the best buffets in Vegas, something everyone should experience once, especially if you love seafood. There’s mountains of fresh crab legs, shrimp, lobster claws, etc. There’s so many different selections of cuisines: Mexican, Chinese, Japanese, and all of the food is super high quality.‘I don’t know how they keep their seafood so fresh in the desert! I tried the lobster with caviar, the prime rib, filet mignon, waygu, and many, many different kinds of artisan breads and cheeses. The dessert selection was wonderful: rows and rows of different types of cakes, a whole rotating wheel of different gelato flavors, etc. I had a wonderful time and experience here. Do try to book a reservation as the line can get very long and it can get very crowded, especially around holidays.
I’ve heard before that coming here for breakfast/lunch can be disappointing, so I’d say come here for dinner. Never had breakfast or lunch here because the dinner selection is just too incredible.

We youtubed this buffet before going and they all gave this some pretty decent reviwes. Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience. This buffet tries to hard to go for exotic than some of the basic staples in a buffet. You do not need to add fancy cheese or truffles in your food. The breads were hard enough that did not to risk needing dental work. I do not know anyone who prefers cold lobster claws and I do not need three types of fancy salad. One basic salad I can add to would have been nice. Two Ceasar Salads and a strawberry pecan is a little overboard for my uncivilized palate. I spent over 170.00 for two. And we only had two plates before leaving. Not worth the price. Wait till Sunday and try the "M" Buffet.

Oh geez...where do I even begin...
Let's start with the buffet line. Absolutely ridiculous with the way they run their system. We waited for almost 2 hours, and arrived at 10:50 AM for their brunch buffet. Didn't get in until 12:30 PM. Everyone in that line was pissed. We had about 10 parties ahead of us, and the line would not move at all. We would have left immediately had we known it would turn out the way it did, but we genuinely thought it would be a 30 minute wait MAX since there weren't even that many people in line. Everyone in the pre-paid line was allowed and until there was no one in that line, THEN they would allow one party at a time in the walk-in group to enter. INSANE!! We should not have to wait 15-20 minutes to move up one by one in the queue! DO BETTER!!!
As for the buffet itself, the food was good. I have no complaints. But was it worth it the 2 hr wait? No. No, it wasn't. Nothing stood out and I expected there to be more food/variety based on all the stuff I had seen about this place. It was a waste of money, and I would never come here again. Also, why the holiday charge on the buffet (64.99)?? There was nothing holiday about it except for one item??
Do yourself a favor and just head down to any of the other better restaurants on the strip.
BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!!!
Since Jose Ruiz, the manager wants to ignore my email. I’ll leave my email that I sent him here;
First and foremost, I just want to say that I love The Buffet. Without any exaggeration, it was me and my family's favorite experience at Las Vegas. We would plan out our entire trip around going to this buffet. We have been here multiple times in the last couple years, after discovering the high quality of everything this restaurant has to offer.
Unfortunately, our last experience was quite the opposite. The hostess at the front was great. The waitress at our table took our drinks order and was quick to bring the drinks to our table. It was after this that the waitress disappeared. We spent an hour with our dishes piling up and our drinks not being filled. The waitress was attentive to every table around us. I never play the race card, but I noticed that we were the only Hispanics in her section, and she just kept refilling the drinks of every table next to us and not even bothering to take our plates.
I had to resort to putting our used plates at an empty table next to us. I did not like doing this, because I felt it was rude to your establishment, but we did not have space after a while. After I informed the manager of this, me and my fiance noticed that the waitress and a male worker kept looking over and talking about us. That made us uncomfortable, because it went on for a while and we simply wanted to enjoy our food. It ruined our Vegas trip because this buffet has quite literally been perfect before this experience. We have recommended this buffet to everyone that we know that comes to visit Las Vegas, because we tell them that nothing compares.
It was just unfortunate that our experience was below the standard that we have experienced beforehand. I know this email is later than usual, but having 2 kids and 2 jobs makes it difficult to set aside some time to draft this email. I just wanted to make sure that I shared my experience, because I did not think it was right for a waitress to ruin a peak experience that me and my fiance plan for, and look forward to every time that we come to Vegas.

I did a lot of research before my trip to Las Vegas, because I knew I wanted to hit one of the famed Vegas buffets, but I wanted to go to the right one. I don't know if I can definitively say this is the best buffet in Vegas, because it's literally the only one I've eaten at, but it was certainly one of the best meals of my life. (No, really, my husband and I kept sitting at our table, looking at each other over our huge plates of food, and laughing with utter delight.)
We weren't staying at the Wynn, so we did the prepaid priority seating through the website. Specifically, we did the Seafood Gourmet Dinner. When we got there, we took the priority seating line, checked in, and waited only a minute or two to be seated. A server took our drinks and briefly explained the layout of the buffet, and then we went to town.
My husband can eat, and that man got through two and a half stations before he had to sit down and start eating, because his plate was too full to continue. And the food didn't just look good; it was delicious. There were a handful of individual items that weren't exactly my taste, but I'm a picky eater, and this is a whole buffet. I had more than enough options, so much so that I never really made it back for seconds of any one thing.
Standouts for me were the crab legs, claws, and clusters, the prime rib, the mashed potatoes, and the watermelon and avocado salad. There was also a charcuterie station with some truly beautiful cheeses and cured meats, but I tried not to get too into the weeds there and focus instead on the things I would be much less likely to find elsewhere.
We were allowed two full hours to eat as much as we wanted to, and we left very, very full. Fortunately, we got tickets to one of the late performances at the Wynn, so we didn't have to go very far for our next adventure.
This is a meal my husband and I are going to be talking about for a long time. If we ever vacation in Las Vegas again -- something that seems likely given how much fun we had -- we will definitely be eating at this buffet again.
