  I recently attempted to pick up an order at this Taco Bell location via the drive-thru, only to endure a lengthy wait before being informed that I must enter the building to collect it. As a delivery driver, this directive was profoundly frustrating and unacceptable. My primary responsibility is to ensure customers receive their food promptly, allowing them to enjoy it hot and fresh— a goal severely undermined by such an arbitrary policy. This approach starkly contrasts with standard practices at other drive-thru fast food establishments, where orders are efficiently handed over without requiring drivers to exit their vehicles. Furthermore, there is no reliable way to ascertain the dining room’s operating hours in advance, leading to unnecessary delays and wasted time. This policy not only alienates drivers but also erodes the overall value for customers, as it inevitably results in colder, less appealing meals. Additional reasons this policy is fundamentally flawed include heightened safety risks for drivers who must leave their vehicles unattended in potentially unsecured areas, especially during late hours; it contradicts the very essence of a “drive-thru” service designed for convenience and speed; and it disrupts the efficiency of delivery platforms, fostering dissatisfaction across the supply chain. In such instances, I am compelled to unassign myself from the order, necessitating the assignment of another driver and causing the food to sit idle even longer—exacerbating delays and further diminishing the customer experience. I strongly urge management to reconsider this ineffective rule to better serve both drivers and patrons. One-star rating.

  Staff was wonderful! Estrella, Enrique both provided 5 star service and served fresh food and drinks. Super pleasant dining in with the new cafe layout

  They open at 7. I get there at 7:05. Im ignored, then finally told they don't open till 7:15? Person who told me was rude and there's not a single sign that says they open at 7:15. Won't be going back .
