    I went in yesterday for a customized 9$ box. I ordered on the kiosk and it charged my card 14.02, I owed 39 CENTS and was going to pay the difference in the register. The white old lady manager told me that i couldn't make the purchase even tho on my end it was charged already. She had told me it was going to bounce back and give me my money back the next day. Well it's the next day and the money has been taken out from my account after it being processed for a whole day. I never received my food and the lady manager was so rude and wouldn't give me my food that I paid for. This is so unacceptable and I'm so disappointed. Especially because I've worked for taco bell before. Will I ever get my fricken food or money back?????

    Overall, not terrible. Like many other locations they used old tostadas that are turning rancid for their Mexican pizza. Taste your damn tostadas before using. When they start having a strong chemical taste it's the oils turning rancid!!

    I went to This location last night and I ordered a beef chalupa the shell was so hard and stale but I didn’t notice till I was too far away tried to call store but ofcourse they didn’t answer the phone the meat was cold cheese was freezer cold just yuck nastiest location I have ever tried I’ll stick to the virtual kitchen location on St. Louis

    This location is horrendous. They seem to have a lot of workers visiting with each other and roaming around but no one can take your order. You have to order on the kiosk. No thanks. I'll just go someplace else.
