  I used to go here a lot, but haven't ever since I moved to the other side of town, people on the job are nice and patient.

  9/5/25. Whoever was handling the making of the food in back…fantastic. Best Taco Bell food we’ve had — and I’m 57 years old. Let him or her know. Keep it up.

  I went through the drive up order I wonted 12 soft taco 2 cinnamon sticks and a large drink for $38. They gave me 12 hard taco so I went inside and one of the girls working there came up to at the counter and I told her they are hard taco I wanted soft. She grabbed the bag and took it. Then I sat there for 14 minutes then she comes back and ask me for all the tacos, I said you took them back I to the drive through,she said no I set then down on the other end and some lady grabbed them a walk out, so I said, you set them down and watch her walk out with them, and she turned and walked away. Then 10 more minutes and a nather girl working there look at me and said. That I was going to get them but they had to help the drive through and 4 other people that just came in. 16 more minutes and the guy cooking came to the counter and said do you have your receipt and she didn't give one. He ask me what did I order again. I order 12 soft taco and you gave me 12 hard tacos. So he walk away. 19 more minutes went by and he came out 12 soft chicken tacos and said there chicken. I said i told you soft taco beef taco he got made and went back and through the bag on the counter where he's was working and then 19 more minutes went by and he hand me a bag with 6 soft tacos.I said this isn't 12 soft taco and i said . Im not going to play your game anymore that i was going to call the cops and have them come. He said hold on give me a minute he got upset and all of them workers . 11 more minutes then he came and put a bag on the counter with 6 soft and I left. I sat there for 1 hours 29 minutes to the point of telling them i was going to call the cops. because they can't get the order right. I'm looking into getting some legal advice on this matter. This matter took place at this store with 2 girls and 2 guys working on the day of August 15, 2025

  When I was ordering the cashier kept pausing and then asking me what I said so I kindly repeated myself and then was told my total after multiple attempts to say it when the cashier was slurring their words. At that point I was afraid to pull up to the drive through. I then received my food and not my drink so I kindly asked for it as well and then was asked two different times on what I just said. I then had no fork for my potatoes so I asked for one and the cashier said, "sauce!?" And was acting like I was the one slurring their words and pausing for a good minute. So I just waited patiently and got my food. I then arrived home to enjoy my food with my husband and the potatoes were extremely stale and some were crunchy like I aas almost eating rocks... My tortilla of my soft taco was also very stale and a bit cold. I always come here, and this place and workers are wonderful during the day, until 12 apparently. Very disappointed. 💔
