I cane here a couple of months ago.The food was bad,The service was bad as well. Now I don't know what has changed but the service is great. The food is great. Chris is awesome.

I usually don’t leave reviews but tonight I will this Taco Bell is very unprofessional and very disappointing as soon as I get there I can’t hear a greeting or what they were saying they had loud provocative inappropriate rap music playing in the background
You could not even hear them talking they were talking so loud to over talk the music I had to wait for atleast 10 minutes to get my food and when I got it it was all bone cold I was confused because they said they were making it fresh that’s why I was waiting
The food was horrible poorly made and falling apart it was a whole bunch of teenagers and young adults in there like it was party talking over the food some no gloves it was disgusting this brand needs to do better and actually care about paying customers and not making us not want to come back
They got my order wrong then still gave me the wrong drink after them saying they do not have any ice coffe to give me it was overall a horrible experience and the teenagers and young adults need to learn professionalism and how to take their job serious
Stop talking in all the slang & street talk and speak as if you actually enjoying your job and working hard for your paycheck

Management has obviously lost their mind. They put a crew member outside at the drive through to attend and take / verify orders, only for customers to still have to use the intercom? I’d be refusing to work the outside attending role if I was on this team. The redundancy is ridiculous

Upon entering the place a young man (caucasian), a worker, was I assume on his break. Seating on one of the front tables, picking his nose, literally long sting boogers. On his phone. Done with his break and went straight to to the kitchen. Disgusting. To top it off, the lady giving is the food gave is 3 gifts cards because we waited almost 40 minutes for the food and the gift cards are empty.
