I paid him partly in cash and partly by card. He took the cash and charged everything to my card. If I hadn't noticed on the receipt, I wouldn't have realized he was overcharging me and keeping the $15 in cash. I went back into the restaurant and said, "Hey, you charged my card for everything!" He yelled at me and asked, "What's your problem?" I already told him, "The problem is that you charged my card for everything and didn't credit the cash I gave you.

I pulled up to the window and he confirmed my order to make sure he got everything. The order did take about 20min which was frustrating and I had to park in front of the store. Anthony came out and apologized for the wait & for forgetting my 2 freezes. He did seem overwhelmed but was very professional and has amazing customer service skills. I hope your night gets better and keep up the great work.
