I'm 65 years old and I have been going to Taco Bell my entire life so far. I've never had a problem with them until now. They started folding the burritos differently, which I do not like it. Before I ordered my burrito I ask if they could fold it the old way. And they all made a big deal out of it. They said that they can't fold it the old way because it's company policy. So needless to say, I will never be going to Taco Bell anymore. Customers don't mean anything to them. Del Taco folds it the same way that Taco Bell does, but when I go in there, they will fold it the old way for me. I did like Taco Bell better, but I'll never step foot in one again. It so sad that customers don't matter anymore. I have gone to two different ones and they both DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.

Taco Bell Short Review by Aaron G. Beebe | @GonnaHappen I hadn’t eaten Taco Bell in a long time, but this stop reminded me why people keep coming back—the employees here were great. Friendly, patient, and on point, they made the experience easy and positive from start to finish. Sometimes it’s not about the food alone—it’s the people behind the counter who make the difference. This team definitely did. 🌮👍
