Franchise owner or someone like that was apparently in town at the store and sat at the booth next to my daughter in I and talked on the phone the entire time and was on his laptop. Could tell he was the franchise owner based on his loud phone call. He could have sat anywhere else or taken the call in his car. Super annoying considering the otherwise empty lobby. Love the staff and service here. Food is always perfect and they are super friendly. Annoying owner ruined the vibe for us.
