Extremely disappointed with my recent visit. The food quality was unacceptable. The lettuce was bruised, wilted, browning, the tortilla shells were stale and hard, and the potatoes inside were rock solid. To make it worse, they skimmed on the meat, making the whole meal feel like a ripoff. Waited 17 minutes just to be let down. Definitely not the quality or service I expect from Taco Bell. Won’t be coming back.

Absolutely horrific experience at this Taco Bell location (2351 S Fort Apache Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89117). The food was poorly made, cold, and frankly inedible. What made it worse was being rounded off payment and essentially begged for money at checkout — a shady and uncomfortable practice that needs to stop.
To top it off, I ordered the exact same meal I get at another Taco Bell location for $8.00, but here it rang up at $10.00 — no explanation, no justification, just overpriced. There's no consistency or respect for customers' wallets. The low life staff charged $2.59 for a small cup of ice very little soda.
Corporate management needs to seriously step in. Until then, this location should be shut down or completely overhauled. I won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend anyone else waste their time or money here.

Terrible service. I was waiting for them to charge me because I was going to pay with cash and they weren't even paying attention and they didn't even serve you when they felt like it.And it's the same all the time.😡

It’s Taco Bell, not expecting the red carpet but at least have some respect to your tone and make it seem like you’re alright. Overnight guys attitude was atrocious from the order all the way to the payment and food delivery.
I’ll go to anywhere else within a 5 mile radius before I come back to this store. My business is never going to hurt the store in the grand scheme but experience is everything. Put a fake smile on or whatever for 30 seconds that’s it. Hi, thank you, bye and move on.
