    Went through the drive thru about 30 mins ago. The older white lady with a slightly bad attitude told me that two of the specialty tacos that I ordered was in the bag. Guess what I get home they aren’t! I’ve been calling like crazy no answer. I’m pissed! I’ll be seeing them tomorrow! $42 in a drive thru and can’t get all of my food I’m on fire right now! Check your bags before leaving, I see the games they play!

    Food was horrible! Very poorly made. Looked like there wasn't a care in the world when making my food. The service was even worse, while taking the order, I can here them huffing and puffing. No way, im not sorry that I was ordering enough food for everyone so it took an extra 30 seconds. Then I had to pull around and wait which no problem, but when I got my food I asked for my receipt completely ignored, okay maybe she didn't hear me, I asked agian louder, she kept walking, I asked a third time shouting now, still ignored. Then, Forgot three of my items, so I went in there and asked to get my missing food and my receipt. The same person that ignored me was the one I was talking to at the counter and she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed again when I asked for my food and my receipt. She was a horrible person. Her name was Teranie I think is how you spell it. This was at 8:42pm 10/21/25. The manager on shift apologize which was nice, but I will be talking to the store manager in the morning. This was completely unacceptable.
