I love Taco Bell to begin with but I’ve been to this location morning afternoon and night time and staff is always soo friendly and patient.Especially today I went on Friday night and he was soo sweet and kind I lost my receipt to find his name but thank you!!

Came to get a large dinner after getting off work with my fiance came to be favorite and I'm admittedly not the biggest fan so had to look at the menu
Decided on the luxe box and when jasmine read the order back it was not what is listed on the menu, after a short silence a male voice (beto) saying her battery died. When asking if everthing looked correct I told him there are dispensary in the items on the price board vs the menu and he said the luxe box on the display on the payment system showed those items so that's all he could do so I took a picture of the price of the menu and pulled up when I pulled up to speak to him. And showed him the picture. The menu that had the price with the items that I wanted. He said he just worked there. And that he would make a one time courtesy with it told him, hey, if you need to talk to your bosses to get it fixed then do that on the back end you shouldn't not be putting that on the guest
He ultimately gave me the items shown in the menu with a attitude and sarcastically asked if I wanted to take a picture of his system

No information online for when their lobby opens so I tried to call and not one person answered. I called literally over a 2 hour period about 10 times, I used to be a graveyard manager and we always answered the phone its literally in the training so I don't understand why no one couldn't pick up. Maybe go over why your night crew is "too busy" to pick up a phone when they only have drive thru and mobile pick ups to worry about 🤷

Does that picture look like a burrito supreme do you? It was literally a flour tortilla filled with a double serving of beans no meat no tomatoes no sour cream and a small bit of lettuce. I'm so tired of spending money on garbage! It's not that freaking hard to just make a quality product how much money a burrito supreme is? This is garbage looks like a baby diaper just disgusted I'm tired of giving my money away for stuff I am not happy with and companies not caring about quality of their product or customer service
