- AJAdam Johnson2 days ago1.0DO NOT GO HERE. Waited 15 minutes for 1 item and still never got it. They pulled me up in the drive thru to get off their timer. I had to go in and request a refund bc my lunch was almost over at that point. Also I was the only car in the drive thru. No excuses or apologies were given. Just horrible service. Can't be fast food when you wait 15 plus minutes, only car in the drive thru, and still dont get your food. NEVER AGAIN TACO BELL

Called the manager and he came to the defense of whichever worker did it. No apology. Just a free item I have to drive alllll the way back for, with no guarantee that it won’t have tomatoes sprinkled on it again by the manager. The manager kept blaming me. He said verbatim “you’re the one that ordered a Mexican pizza”. I specified I didn’t want the tomato ingredients, it’s not that hard to not put the sauce topping and tomato topping on. Don’t go here. Super unprofessional.

I caught his attitude and I was right on the money when I told noemi the manager that my package was beneath the rack. All of that has ocurred on the 06th of january at 01:30 pm. Tuesday.
