Quick service in drive thru and pleasant, helpful staff. Pain in the butt to get into this location especially if you are going up the other side of Rancho. Getting back onto Rancho was even worse.

My son unwrapped his soft taco and there was legit a bite taken out of it. Not saying staff did it but definitely could have been a return and someone didn’t throw it away and instead was given to a customer instead. I brought it to their attention and they had thought I was lying and said they were going to watch cameras (PLEASE DO AS SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE RESPONSIBLE) no apology no nothing! Disgusting on so many levels!
- RRRamirezNov 20, 20251.0What a horrible experience I had when I arrived at the store and they kept me waiting for 20 minutes in the drive-thru area, and then the black woman acted as if she didn't see me, she had headphones on, there were still 25 minutes left until closing and neither she nor the manager attended to me, saying that it was already closed before the time marked on the sign in the window. Not is the fist time that’s happened.
