On top of that, the cinnamon twists were missing entirely, which left my child upset. For families like mine who don’t often eat out, these mistakes feel especially discouraging. Being asked to wait, only to receive an incorrect and poor‑quality order, suggests there are issues with accuracy and quality control. I truly hope improvements are made so that future customers have a better experience than we did.
