  Very slow service. Been waiting 15 minutes, with three people still waiting before me since I've arrive. Seems to be new employees so it's cool 😎 will come back though. 4 star Edit: yall are getting one star cause how could you have me waiting 20 minutes and gave me NO SAUCE. Not coming back in a minute frfr 1 star

  Should be rate 0 worst Taco Bell can’t read a order right can make tacos right when you bring it to there attention they think it’s funny there to busy talking and acting ignorant this place is a case waiting to happen so beware find a different place to eat that’s going to respect the paying customers. Looks like the whole crew needs re trained.

  First time ordering from here and I am absolutely never returning! I ordered a chalupa and recieved it filled with lettuce!!!!! When I called to speak with a manager she sounded already irritated. When I advised her the reason I was calling she just passed the phone to one of her cashiers who then proceeds to get on the phone and ask me what am I calling about. If she was going to pass the phone then she should have relayed the message and complaint as to why I was calling. And it is very unprofessional for a customer to request their management team for a complaint for the management mean to send the customer unknowingly to a lower management. I asked the cashier he says he’s a cashier named Alan and is acting as manager. Why do the manager pass the phone to her cashiers who who wasn’t willing to help resolve the issue.. he advised me that he knows the cook made my food in accordance to their policy because they been here for two years. I’m guessing two years of restaurant experience excludes you from moving too fast and making mistakes. I advised him well he just have did half portion because there’s barely any meat. He stood on there’s no way a mistake could have been made and I told him well since they don’t want to solve the issue I will just contact corporate and Alan ended the conversation with okay go ahead and have a good day!! I will never I mean never spend another dime at Taco Bell if there portion charge consist of ripping people out of their money and buying lettuce and tortilla!!! I also requested fresh potatoes which they still decided to sneak in potatoes form under the warmer!! I am pregnant and wanted to be extra cautious! I will be at dell taco from now on!!!
