They forgot my nacho cheese, only filled our cinnamon twists a quarter of the way and they weren’t even edible. Picture attached is a piece of the cinnamon twists that almost broke my tooth. They were so old and hard it was terrible. Barely any meat on the tacos it was 90% lettuce. I do NOT recommend. Customer service was great. Aside from the fact they forgot my nacho cheese sauce and they still have the ad up for the flamin hot grilled burrito and they said they no longer serve it. But all Taco Bell’s LOVE to do that.

- KKKenDec 15, 20251.012/14/2025 the young black guy working the register at the drive-thru had no personality p no customer service skills no communication skills no common sense you need to let this guy go as soon as possible you're going to lose a lot of business due to this one employee he possesses every reason why you should not have him working at your place of business it'll be a long time before I go back to that particular store very dissatisfied with this employee get rid of him ASAP
