Pay for my friends food with cash and my food with card. He didn’t care to listen and paid most of it with cash and the rest with card. Now I have no change to give back to my friend. I was fine with the mistake until he called this lady to help him fix it. She had an attitude like I did something wrong. She was trying to make me feel bad just cuz they messed up my transaction and now they have to fix it. Telling me oh now our boss is going to ask us why we refunded you? Well tell them it’s cuz y’all don’t know how to listen or communicate with customers. 💁🏻♀️ These fast food places want you to pay a lot of money just to get crappy customer service and cold soggy Tacos. 🤦🏻♀️
