  Food was exceptionally good. Service was generally good and timing was optimal UNTIL we finished up. We were waiting too long with no drinks and no food left at the end. Prices were high even for Vegas. I would consider again for a special occasion but there are other options in the immediate area with very good food, atmosphere and service at a better value.

  This marks our eighth visit to SW this year, and each experience has been exceptional. The food is outstanding—remarkably fresh, expertly prepared, and consistently delicious. The level of service truly exceeds expectations and is difficult to put into words. We always look forward to seeing Taylor, whose attentiveness, warmth, professionalism, and extensive knowledge elevate every dining experience. Taylor consistently ensures that our time at SW is not only enjoyable but genuinely memorable. The manager, Mehdi, is an absolute gentleman who goes above and beyond to ensure every visit and event is flawless. His kindness, humility, and dedication to excellence are evident in every detail. For us, the experience at SW is truly special—50% attributed to the incredible cuisine and the other 50% to the exceptional service provided by Taylor and Mehdi. Together, they create an atmosphere that makes every visit memorable and perfectly executed.

  Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at SW Steakhouse. We had a reservation and specifically requested patio seating to see the show. Despite this, we were seated all the way in the back where the show was not visible at all. If you can’t honor a patio request, you should be honest upfront instead of seating guests somewhere that completely defeats the purpose of the reservation. It was already hot that day, yet the heaters were turned on. When we asked the waitress to turn off only our heater, she responded in a rude, irritated tone (“Okay, I’m gonna do it”), making it very clear she was annoyed by a simple and reasonable request. Completely unprofessional. Then came the biggest mistake: I ordered the rib cap and was served a beef tenderloin instead. By that time, my husband’s food had already arrived, so he had to sit there waiting while my dish was remade because of THEIR error. This is basic service, especially at a supposed high-end steakhouse. Our waitress, Jessica, provided some of the worst service I’ve experienced in Las Vegas. The overall staff attitude was careless and dismissive. For a $500 dinner, this experience was a joke. Poor seating, rude service, wrong food, and zero accountability. Absolutely not worth the money, the hype, or the reputation. We will not be back.

  Service was very poor during my visit at SW steakhouse, I kindly asked the host to switch to a table with a better view of the screen for the lake of dreams show, the host said she was going to ask but never returned to my table. The server had a very serious personality which made the dinner experience awkward, I don’t drink alcohol so I declined the wine menu, and when I inquired about the non alcoholic drink options the server proceed to gave me a list however he walked away and did not offer to bring any drinks, so my and my family ended up drinking just water. The food was amazing but I wish the service had been better.

  Bring your tastebuds and hopefully your winnings from the casino. Enjoy your meal and the show out the window which is pretty much viewable from 3/4 of the seats indoors. Some kids get up and walk to the the window so be aware of that if you'll be bothered. Started with: Beef Carpaccio, Crispy Lobster Zucchini Blossoms, and a dozen Oysters. Salad: Both the wedge and the Caesar so we could taste both. Main Dish: American Wagyu New York Strip, Pepper Crusted Chateaubriand (for 2), and Short Rib Ravioli (appetizer upsized to be an entree). Mashed potatoes and Sauteed Baby Broccolini. Dessert: An amazing pineapple upside down cake and Banana's Fosters Cheesecake with the tableside flambee. Drinks: Sazerac and Luxe (Lychee Martini) with Meal we had a Cab Franc and a Sauterne with Dessert. Really enjoyed the meal, but we were very full. Next Time one less appetizer, one less dessert, maybe no salad. This would have also helped the bottom line. Its relatively quiet in the restaurant, prepare to dress well, but not quite suits.
