  I’ll start this review by saying that I come to Las Vegas a lot and SW is one of my favourite restaurants. This review has nothing to do with the food quality, but to do with the management and the way I was treated. I’ll keep this brief We were there for dinner in early October we seated and placed our drink and food orders. The drinks came and we were enjoying them then I got a phone call from somebody with really bad news. A friend of mine had taken his own life I was visibly distraught. Naturally, I lost my appetite and I told the waiter we would be leaving. I was handed the bill for the entire meal, even though we didn’t get any food. I didn’t wanna argue. I just paid it. I was upset and that was the last thing on my mind. A couple hours later when I had calmed down I thought to myself “should not have charged me” I understand that it is well within their right to charge me for the food, but I just didn’t think it was the right thing to do from a customer service standpoint . So I came on here and I posted a bad review. The Wynn quickly reached out to me and said they wanted to refund me. I thanked them and removed the bad review. As soon as I remove the review, they stopped communicating with me. I reached out to them multiple times to see what was going on and I got nothing in response. So I was upset initially about being charged and now I’m upset again for them not keeping their promise. I do not think this is the proper way to treat your customers. This isn’t even about the money. It’s the principle . You are a multi billion dollar corporation you should treat your customers like they matter.

  An unforgettable dining experience at SW Steakhouse. The food was absolutely exceptional, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The ambiance is elegant and vibrant, and the service was outstanding from beginning to end. Definitely one of the best steakhouses in Las Vegas — highly recommended!

  SW Steakhouse at Wynn Las Vegas delivers the kind of polished, memorable dining experience that reminds you why great restaurants still matter. From the moment we arrived, the tone was set by Dylan, whose warm welcome and effortless command of the room signaled that we were in expert hands. His presence was felt throughout the evening, not in an intrusive way, but through a level of orchestration and attention to detail that elevated every moment. Our server, CJ, exemplified service at its best: attentive without hovering, knowledgeable without lecturing, and perfectly attuned to the pace of the table. The entire team moved with quiet precision, anticipating needs before we realized them ourselves. Water glasses never dipped, courses arrived with impeccable timing, and each interaction felt thoughtful rather than procedural. The food was equally good. The hand rolled ravioli and the hamachi tartare were both great appetizers. Steak and fish as entrees were beautifully prepared and what we would expect from a first class restaurant - the French fries also over performed, some combination of blanching and frying made them fluffy and crispy. Save room for dessert. The chocolate brownie is indulgent without being heavy, while the banana presentation is both playful and refined, a memorable finish that mirrors the restaurant’s balance of sophistication and delight. The Lake of Dreams show adds a uniquely theatrical backdrop. The music, lighting, and water choreography create an atmosphere that is distinctly Las Vegas yet surprisingly serene. It is absolutely worth lingering to watch. Props to Dylan for attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. They help guide a team that performs at an exceptional level.

  My friends and I visited this restaurant yesterday to celebrate my birthday, and overall, it was a memorable experience. The location and ambience are beautiful. Very upscale, aesthetically pleasing, and perfect for a special occasion. We ordered several sides for the table, including the mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, and mashed potatoes. My friends had the filet mignon, while I chose the rosemary chicken. The rosemary chicken itself was cooked perfectly. Tender, flavourful, and the portion size was much more generous than what you typically see at similar restaurants. Unfortunately, the sauce that accompanied it didn’t quite hit the mark for me. It had a very salty, soy-sauce-like flavour that overpowered the dish and ultimately took away from how good the chicken actually was. I couldn't even get through half the dish and that says a lot because I’m really not a picky eater. Despite that, what truly made the night special was the service. Corey, our server, was an absolute delight. He was personable, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. When he noticed we weren’t fully satisfied with part of the meal, he immediately offered a replacement and went out of his way to make sure our first visit was a positive one. That level of care and thoughtfulness really stood out to me and made the experience that much better. Because of the exceptional service, I would definitely come back. Needless to say, I’d recommend giving this place a try and forming your own experience. And one last tip, order the banana cheesecake! It comes with a fun tableside presentation that makes it even more enjoyable.

  had an absolutely amazing experience at SW Steakhouse. From the very beginning, the service was superb. The team at the hostess stand was welcoming and incredibly accommodating, which set the tone for the entire evening. The food was delicious — perfectly prepared and full of flavor — and the outdoor seating was phenomenal. The show and entertainment throughout dinner were enlightening and enjoyable, adding such a unique touch that you don’t get at most restaurants. Honestly, this was one of the best customer experiences I’ve had in Las Vegas. Everything from the service to the atmosphere to the food exceeded expectations. Definitely a 5-star experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable night out.
