I bought pork butt and ribs for pozole 2 nights ago and this morning I wake up ready to start prepping and my whole fridge smelled like death. It was all coming from the meat, it was grey and stinky. The label said sell by 12/12. Clearly they are using unsanitary and unsafe methods to process their meats. It’s not the first time this has happened, first time I gave them the benefit of doubt but not this time! Once La Bonita on Nellis opens I will never step foot into this supermarket again.
