Like how are you going to serve food to be eaten with your hands with no napkins. I even click on the box in the GH app that I want napkins, and they still never send them with the order. It's getting frustrating.

We waited patiently and a lady came to pickup. And also by that time another employee arrived and clock in and count the money. 20 minutes passed by and no intention of service us. We left after 20 minutes to another subway where we were attended as soon as we walked in. We will never come back to this subway again. Bad service.
