    This subway is horrible. It’s always a mess and the manager is so slow and she’s always so rude and cocky. She stalls and pretends to do one thing and do another. The old hispanic lady is so rude , if dont speak english why work there ? Like come on. The other young teenager employees are so nice and sweet they have the best attitude. They make this subway good. Keep those 3 teenagers there. Other than that the store is horrible and dirty. Do not eat here you have been warned. Never come here

    This subway has horrible customer service and the place is dirty. The employee was rude and had so much attitude we didn’t have an attitude with him either we where being polite and while making our order he kept smacking the counters and making huffing noise. He had so much attitude his id number was 4491. They had the place dirty to they had soda spilled everywhere and the place looked a mess.🤢

    If I can give this place a 0 star I would. They don’t deserve to be open ether. The kind on employees they have make this place trash. We went to order our sandwiches respectfully & employee 4491 has the strongest attitude there. He smacks the counters and huffs every time you ask what you want added on your sandwich. Not to be rude, but if you don’t like people why work at fast food place? They also had a mess at a table. A soda spilt on the table and floor. Someone can easily slip. No slip sign there ether. Avoid coming here. You’ve been warned.

    I want to make it clear that majority of the staff here are absolutely repulsive. They’re rude, they want to argue, and clearly they aren’t aware of how their operations work. I ordered a sandwich on the app to this store on accident- which is my fault for not fully reading my order summary. However when I called the store to cancel, they told me I had to cancel on the app. Plot twist; you cannot do that. You’re directed to call the store because this isn’t a third party transaction. So since they weren’t canceling my order in store, I sent my brother to retrieve my order so I can just eat it when I got home. He gets to the store and they tell him it was cancelled. Funny since the app said it was “already picked up” but he hadn’t gotten there yet. So as my brother tried to explain this, the older Hispanic lady behind the counter began to argue with him. She cut him off mid sentence and just began to make the order. I’ve also had an experience where I place a pickup to this late night subway and they made me WALK TO THE DRIVE THRU!!! This is absolutely insane behavior. I don’t usually review, but I think someone needs to have their attention drawn to the fact that staff are rude and don’t know how to inform their customers politely.

    This subway is the worst I’ve ever had been too. This subway literally says it’s open to 8am to 11pm not no 10 or 10:30, I worked at fast foods before and if are store says we close at 10 or 11 we are closing at that time. Me my wife and some other people had walked in and the employee that was working had gotten an attitude that we came in an hour before they close. He made are orders with attitude and anger, we didn’t have no attitude or anything with him. We were polite and respectful even though he still had an attitude, he had no name tag but his id number is 4491. I can’t with these restaurants hiring teenagers with attitude and kids that think it’s ok to have attitude and be mad at the fact people come in to order, that’s not good customer service and it’s not ok to subway because there disrespecting the company and making them look back. I don’t want to get the manager involved because I seen on most of the comments that she doesn’t care basically so I need to get in contact with hr the higher ups because this is really unprofessional work.
