Hands down the WORST subway I have ever had the dissatisfaction of walking into. There were two workers and niether of them could be bothered to move at any kind of pace aside from snail slow. We spent far to long in there given there was only 3 people in front of us.

This Subway is not at all friendly, efficient, or convenient. The gentleman with the bulldog face and tattoos is by far one of the worst. I don’t demand much at all, but I expect consistency and a decent attitude. If you order from the app and pick up in store, be prepared to wait. I have a hard time understanding why people who are miserable work in customer service positions. It is not my fault as a consumer. Moving forward, I’ll be switching to another location. The awkward and uncomfortable environment isn’t to my liking. The food quality is also subpar. Avoid this location at all costs!

Came to subway to get something to eat. Stupid app wasn’t working. Asked the guy if he could help me with the app. Right off the bat the guy was acting like a PRICK and says “I dont know anything about the app so I can’t help you with that.” he was making some subs. So I said I’ll just have to place my order here since the app isn’t working. He then says “it’s gonna be a min.” I said “No problem I can wait.” He than gives me an atitude and tells me “ITS GONNA BE 10 mins.” After that I walked out. And to Roberto’s where the staff is ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
