I just left this location and noticed the parking lot full of homeless individuals shooting up drugs through their arms by the trash bins. I felt unsafe and will not revisit. This is the 2nd bad incident at a subway in vegas. Not sure if they deserve a 3 chance since the 1st bad interaction was with a staff member at another location.

Sandwiches are well made ..but the customer service isn't rude more like indifferent English is the employees second language

1 star is generous. Definetly the worst service I've ever come across. I was only one in line at drive through. Took over 10 minutes to take my order. Kept asking me questions and forgetting what I ordered so we'd have to start over. Kept telling me to hold on a minute and would be gone for extended periods of time. Finally get through that and move to pick up window. Again a long wait and questions about what I ordered ... size of bread, what kind of bread I wanted, etc., AGAIN. even thought I ordered a bowl at one point. I ordered a 6in turkey and avocado on standard wheat bun with no peppers or onions of any kind. Seemed pretty clear and simple to me. Finally got my sandwich and went home ... The order was wrong ... No guacamole and filled with peppers. I'll never go back there ... I've never had a wrong order and such bad service at a Subway. Some company person should audit this one (Sahara and Boulder, Las Vegas NV). Kept me waiting over 30 minutes. Never again!

Horrible customer service. Tried asking for the manager but the worker pretended that i left. Horrible.
