- KKKelleyDec 19, 20251.0Did a pick up order at this location. Worker was rude and then acted annoyed when I asked for napkins because I didn't have any out for me to grab a premade my fountain drink and they didn't even barely put any ice. And also the store smells like a restroom
- PNPaige NoelleNov 7, 20251.0my husband went into this location to get him and myself a sandwich, as we are currently staying in a nearby hospital for our four-year-old autistic daughter. When my husband went into this location. Martha helped him with our sandwiches. he read off my specific order I requested. Martha (subway employee) was asked to put sweet onion teriyaki sauce on the sandwich instead used olive oil. my husband asked can you please remake the sandwich my wife is pregnant and doesn’t like olive oil. Martha then said well that’s not my problem, my husband insisted it was indeed her problem as she did not follow directions correctly. Martha then refused to continue helping him with our sandwiches and instructed her coworker to finish helping as she didn’t want to deal with him. She was extremely rude and combative, and refuse to provide her name or give us a receipt. my husband let Martha know that he was gonna contact corporate due to this unpleasant experience and she said “ go ahead. They’re not gonna do anything anyways” then proceeded to laugh in his face. this is completely unacceptable and does not align with subways values and culture. Extremely disappointed! In corporate has been contacted.
