- ASAmanda ScottJul 28, 20251.0I attempted to place an order for delivery for 5 people (order would've been for about $60) and could not get my payment processed through the website in spite of trying 3 different cards (it was NOT an issue with my card/bank etc.) and then, couldn't even get back on the website (home computer/no internet issues). I decided to just drive to this location, which I selected because it had a DRIVE THRU. When I arrived at the window, there were no cars in line behind me and I wanted to give the guy a heads up that I had several different items to order. He asked me if I wanted to come in to place my order and I told him I'd rather not. He basically tried to insist saying that it would be "easier" - for WHO? Him? And he was pretty rude about it. I said, "Nevermind, just forget it!" and drove off. I won't go there again! Then I tried to submit a complaint on the main website and there was no way to do so - only their autobot chat was available. If you can't handle taking orders through the drive through, don't have the drive through.
