I then asked the girl behind the counter about the macadamia cookies. She called them "white cookies". I asked her are the cookies fresh? She said "yes they are fresh." When I got home 30 minutes later to eat my sandwich and cookies. I find that the cookies are hard as bricks. She literally sold me yesterday's cookies that been sitting in the plastic showcase box for more than 24hrs! I was not a happy customer because I love my cookies! She lied to me! I used to buy Subways Macadamia Cookies all the time in the past and they were always fresh,soft and gooey right out of the oven. This is really a step down for subways. I work hard for my money just like she works hard for her money. I payed $25.00 for this meal. I expect fresh cookies at least. I don’t know her name. But my receipt says I was served by ID: 8377 at 11:36am

The only reason i come to this location is because its convient. Most of the staf barely speaks english to, by the way. I have to end up repeating myself multiple times. And another time I came during the day, the only person working was wearing headphones and listening to music, i had to basically yell at the guy what i wanted. Like come one, employ COMPITENT people. ReStaff is needed. Get rid of the rude staff, and hire nice people.
