She made sure to put big scoops of topping on the other lady sandwich but when it came to mines she pinched the topping. I had to ask for more lettuce which she took another pinch to put on my sandwich. This will be the last time I come to this Subway.

I received no lettuce , and barely any toppings plus my sub was cold . The lady barely spoke English and couldn’t understand me when I went inside and asked for the pickup order under my name, so there was no point in going back to complain because she would’ve had no idea what I was saying.

Unfortunately as I arrived she was being rudely yelled at by a customer for an order that was messed up the night prior. She did her best to deescelate and be patient to arrive at an acceptable compromise.
