    Apparently if the sandwich you ask for doesn’t come with sweet onion sauce they will not add it to your sandwich. The seemingly mindless employee said it doesn’t come with that sauce I said “oh it’s ok, you can charge me whatever you need to”. He said management said it’s against the rules. I swear it was like an alternate reality that made no sense. Can’t even express how stupid the situation was. First time to subway in almost a year and I was quickly reminded why, will stick to firehouse so I can have my sandwich made the way I want it made.

    1/28/2026 Came in around 2pm. I ordered a 6" Roast Beef sandwich with cheese, toasted, with mustard and lettuce. Simple enough. The sandwich maker only put 3 paper thin slices of roast beef on the bread. I was charged & paid $9.99 plus a tip expecting a real sandwich- like the ones pictured in their menu; so why was it made like I did not pay?? It was a whole lot of bread and no meat.

    Leaves there store as one and online pickups open even when they’re closed. Refuse to refund for orders placed while store was closed but listed as open. Avoid

    I have never had experience like this before. Ordered roast beef. Foot long. The guy enrolled the pieces of roast beef and put like 3 or 4 of them in a whole foot long. For thoes guys worked with subway the never unroll the roast beef cuts and they put up to 8 pieces. But this kid was so hesitant, lol. Same with olive and other stuff. Made me alittle sad to be honest
