They apparently "don't participate" in any promotions or offers even though there's no where in the app or online that tells your they aren't participating. They will void your order and since you redeemed your offer in the app it's gone even though they voided the transaction.

She acted like she didn’t know how to make a sandwich and when I asked for my toppings she didn’t listen and I kept having to repeat myself. I asked for shredded cheese and instead of saying we don’t have it she replied with a curt NO. The guy ended taking over our order and was visibly upset with her too. She didn’t cut the bread all the way through and smushed the bread as well with everything seeping out of it. With the prices now a days I would expect at least a small amount of effort but this was truly disappointing and disgusting behavior.
