- TRToni RizzoOct 4, 20251.0Sent a coworker to get my order of a ft long BLT before she went home. She brought my order back to me but when I opened it this is what I found (see photos). Took me 5 phone calls before anyone answered, and when he did, he didn’t speak good English. I had to put a co-worker that spoke Spanish on the phone to tell him that my order was wrong. I just decided to go there after I got off work at 10:30 pm. He argued with me that a BLT has meat, cheese and bacon. I told him it had lettuce, tomato and bacon. Continued to argue with me but I just told him to make it the way I told him. Ended up getting lettuce, tomato and ice cold bacon. I work in the same plaza as them, and I usually get my subway near my home but was pressed for time. Don’t see me returning there soon. Attached photo is what I opened the wrapper to.
