- TRToni RizzoOct 4, 20251.0Sent a coworker to get my order of a ft long BLT before she went home. She brought my order back to me but when I opened it this is what I found (see photos). Took me 5 phone calls before anyone answered, and when he did, he didn’t speak good English. I had to put a co-worker that spoke Spanish on the phone to tell him that my order was wrong. I just decided to go there after I got off work at 10:30 pm. He argued with me that a BLT has meat, cheese and bacon. I told him it had lettuce, tomato and bacon. Continued to argue with me but I just told him to make it the way I told him. Ended up getting lettuce, tomato and ice cold bacon. I work in the same plaza as them, and I usually get my subway near my home but was pressed for time. Don’t see me returning there soon. Attached photo is what I opened the wrapper to.

I work in food service so I already know the basic knowledge of food service n what to do, and he did pretty good. He was kind, greeted the customer, was patient, even had good hygiene. After handling money, he made sure to wash his hands, which most people don't, and wore gloves. Only thing that was wrong was him not changing the gloves after touching the toaster oven handle, and moving around the bread trays, but other than that good job.

When I pointed it out after she toasted the bread and I saw that she still made a foot long, she cut half out and gave me 6 inches, but when I got home I saw that she still charged me for a foot long. Had to go back and waste time to request a refund, and the sandwich got soggy and cold. To make a refund she had to call someone, made me PAY MORE for a 6 inch, also refused to remake my sandwich which got soggy and cold while I was driving back and forth and while she was calling her boss to request a refund
