    I ordered my sandwich on the app to get the rewards points but I was already at the restaurant. About 15 minutes after I placed my order, a whole group of worker guys went in, so I go in to check my order and she's making all of their sandwiches, I ask about my pickup and she says hold on, then goes to START making my sandwich.

    Pretty terrible. I was at Ted Weins getting an oil change this morning and figured I'd walk to subway and get a breakfast sandwich. I haven't gone to Subway in years because of the terrible service, but figured I'd give it a chance. I walked up to the counter to order and was told I would have to order from the kiosk. While ordering from the kiosk, I selected the flatbread. For some reason I guess that didn't register with the kiosk, but I definitely remember doing it. The lady started making a sandwich on regular white bread. I figured it wasn't mine, but it kinda seemed the same so when she put it on the oven I said that's not mine, is it? She said "yes," and I told her I wanted the flat bread. She declared that she can only make it how I order it on the kiosk. It had only been in the oven for a second, she could've literally taken the ham, egg, and cheese and thrown it on flat bread, very easily, but she refused to fix it and I told her she could throw it in the trash then bc I wouldn't be eating it. This all could've been avoided if I could've just told her what I wanted. We were the only two people in the store. Idk if she wanted my sandwich and that's why she wouldn't fix it. I wanted it remade in the correct bread but she refused and gave me a refund. I'm super hungry and I really struggle in the mornings to function with lowered blood-sugar, before 8 am but I guess I'm back to boycotting Subway. I don't know if I accidentally touched something that voided my bread selection, but I remember their app was always glitchy too and would be missing basic items like cheese.

    The artist was very nice and respectful. Made sure all was right with my order. Much better service then last time I was here. I'll come more often now.

    The kiosks are the worst idea subway has ever implemented. The whole point of the fast/casual concept is to see your food being made while you make your selections. The staff is nice and polite, but they’re being trained to only allow orders on the kiosk. Terrible move.
