I attempted to enter this Subway and the door was locked for over an hour and a half during business hours. The employee inside was clearly visible the entire time, sitting down and eating, ignoring customers. After all that time, he finally got up and started moving around still never opened the door.
This is completely unacceptable. If the store is closed, post a sign. If you’re on break, communicate it. But locking customers out while sitting inside doing nothing is beyond unprofessional.
General Manager, if you’re seeing this, check the cameras. Everything I’m saying is documented. Is this really the level of service you allow? Customers wasting their time while an employee gets paid to sit and eat?
I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this location to anyone. This is not how a business should be run.
