  I sat outside for 15min before they open for the lady to come late and told me it would take her 25mins to set up so technically they are not open until 8:30 8:45 when it says 8Am

  Doors locked at 8:30am even though businesses hours on door are 8:00am and there’s a worker and customer just staring as if nobody is waiting to come in.. must be 1 person at a time rule ? Do better.

  I ordered online and when I arrived they were still making my sandwich. I got my sandwich and left and when I arrived home, the sandwich had no cheese which I ordered cheddar cheese. I called to complain and ask for a replacement when I told that they were out of cheddar. I asked why I wasn't told that and given an option for a different cheese and the guy said that I was there when there was a rush which was a lie since I was the only customer in the building. I drive all the way back to discuss in person when I was approached by a different employee who stated that they have cheddar and not sure why he didn't put it on the sandwich. The guy who originally helped me and made the sandwich then proceeds to ask what kind of cheddar did I want, the liquid kind or the other. I tell him that I want the cheddar that is on his menu that comes on the sandwich. The lady makes the sandwich, gives it to me with no apology that I had to drive all the way back there for nothing had he know his ingredients and menu. When I told her that they had terrible customer service skill, then she finally says " oh, I'm sorry" Wont return here with this service.

  I wouldn't recommend ordering from this location. They are always out of basic ingredients like white bread and olives. I recently ordered a few sandwiches through the app and went to pick them up. Instead of waiting until I got there, the employee made my sandwiches with what ever bread she wanted to and told me they were out of white bread when I got there to pickup my order. I decided to take the sandwiches just to find out she didn't read the instructions on the order either. All sandwiches were made the same way even though each sandwich had different ingredients listed on my order. This location hires incompetent employees and I would recommend going 2 miles up the street to the next subway.
