I noticed that the male sandwich maker did not put the appropriate amount of meat on the 2 BMTs I ordered. When I pointed it out he basically was saying he didn’t understand me; he did not speak English well. I told him I would use Google Translate, then all of a sudden he understood and started putting the appropriate amount of meat on both of my sandwiches, without the assistance of google. He then made a “joke” when I asked for more pickles on one sandwich, stating you only get 3 pickles. Then he chuckled. Ultimately, I was not happy with the service and will not be going here again.

I'm in California and I accidentally ordered from this location because I did at some point last year and it stuck around in my app. That is completely on me. I needed to cancel the order and get a refund because obviously I couldn't pick it up. I've called the store at least 15 to 20 times and no one ever answers. I sent an email through the virtual chat bot (the only way to do so) and have not heard back. This happened on Sunday. if someone could please let me know how to actually get a hold of someone to resolve my issue, I would appreciate it. Ideally it would be the manager replying to this review. To the Manager, and maybe more importantly to the regional manager, I know this location got my $17, but it's also getting a whole bunch of bad reviews. What is worth more? Please make it right.
